A workspace Workspaces (also known as ‘Tabs’) is different ways to work with data and are different views that allow users to precisely track various data in X1. As such there are different Workspaces for different purposes. Some Workspaces are designed to get a good overview on different areas in the system. Depending on which workspaces you have permission to use you can access those from overview of i.e. orders, others allow a great overview of Assets while even others allow interaction between multiple lists.
The availability of Workspaces depend on permissions for each user. You can easily get an overview of the Workspaces available by clicking the '+' icon to at the top right :of your screen.
