Setting artists availability
The calendar icon in the top right window contains calendar icon where it is possible on different parameters to set an artists absences. There is also a setting in the system that can determine if a work week is inclusive or exclusive Saturday and Sunday.

A list of all defined artists in the system and current week with days in divided into two green boxes - ‘Morning’ and ‘Afternoon’
It is possible to click on each green box to mark the artist unavailable or in a easier way if for instance the artist is unavailable/available all current or next week like this:section, opens a calendar where the availability of the artists can be set.

The calendar contains a list of artists and their availability in the current week. Each day is split into morning and afternoon shifts.
A green box indicates that the artist is available during the shift and a red box indicates that an artist is not available during the shift. Clicking the box toggles between the modes.
Hovering the Artist name, a menu offers shortcuts to indicate availability for the current and next week.

Use the filter menu to show subsets of Artists, ie. Internal/External.
There is also an opportunity to browse between weeks by the arrow in front current week number to the top left or by the calendar to the left. If you set an artist unavailable by using ‘This week’ functionality it will choose the week you have browsed to/chosen from the calendar:

This list contains all assigned/unassigned creatives for both print and digital. The list can be used to show creatives without their relation to orders/lineitems.

HINT: For digital creatives this is particularly useful as all creatives for a given order, customer or campaign can be show in a single list.
Contacts
A ADPOINT can maintain a list of all contacts in the system and their relation to customers. Contacts can be saved in ADPOINT either when an order with contact information is imported from the order management system or they can be created and maintained manually using the contacts workspace.
