A green box indicates that the artist is available during the shift and a red box indicates that an artist is not available unavailable during the shift. Clicking the box toggles between the modes.
Hovering the Artist name, a menu offers shortcuts to indicate availability/unavailability for the current and next week.

There is also an opportunity to browse between weeks by the arrow arrows in front current of the week number to the top left or by the calendar icon to the top left.
If you set an artist unavailable by using ‘This week’ functionality it will choose the week you have browsed to /or chosen from the calendar:
