ADPOINT and PLANPOINT X1 are SaaS (software as a service) applications accessed from a PC or MAC with a web browser.
On this page we have collected the minimum system requirements for both an optimal and an acceptable experience.
System requirements for an optimal experience:
Download speed of 50 Mbps or greater
Upload speed of 50 Mbps or greater
Windows: 2.4 GHZ (Intel® I7 / Intel® Xeon® 5th generation) or higher/newer
MAC: M1 (11/2020) or newer
16 GB of RAM or more
One of the following operating systems:
MacOS 13 Ventura or newer
Windows 10 or newer
Web browser:
Google Chrome: Two latest versions
System requirements for an acceptable experience:
Download speed of 20 Mbps or more
Upload speed of 20 Mbps or more
Windows: 4 CPUs 2.4 GHZ (Intel® I5 / Intel® Xeon® 4th generation)
MAC: 2,3 GHZ 8-core Intel core i9 (05/2019)
16 GB of RAM
Other recommendations
We highly recommend a large monitor (23” or larger) for a better overview in both ADPOINT X1 and PLANPOINT X1. Both applications are responsive, thus making full use of a larger screen size.
