Understanding statuses
These are some of the most frequently used statuses.
Status | Explanation | |

Approve with changes | The creative can be approved with the changes indicated by the customer | |
Arrived | Booked | Preflight errorThe creative has arrived. It needs to be approved to proceed. |
Booked | The order has been received from the booking system but no creative has been added | |
Completed | The order is complete | |
Contact customer | Contact customer | |
Customer proof | Customer has provided a proof | |
Killed | The order has been killed (stopped) by the booking system | |
Material deadline exceeded | The deadline for the material has been exceeded | |
Multiple errors | There are multiple errors on the creative | |
New version | A new version has arrived | |
Placed | The material has been placed | |
Preflight error | There is a preflight error | |
Requesting material | Creative has been requested from customer | |
To be produced | The order is ready to be produced | |
Waiting for external approval | The order is waiting for external approval | |
Work in progress | The creative is being processed by the server | |
Wrong size | The creative has a wrong size compared to the booking. |
