When you have logged into X1 you will be assign to a default set of workspaces or if an admin has designed a workbench for you you will already have one or more workspaces and maybe also some filters added to the search bar.

EXCAMPLE OF A USERS INTERFACE:

To the top right you’ll find a profile icon. Click on that icon to see following informations and options:

User name + user role
Mouse over user name to display user groups that the user is a part of

X1 version
Current installed version

Reset Workbench
OBS: If you reset your workbench all changes made by yourself gets lost

Language
Choose another language by pressing the arrow

Logout

LIST VIEWS + MANUAL UPDATE

Below the profile icon you’ll find these four buttons:

First two gives you the opportunities available for the views in the user interface:

Next one manual updates the content of the specific workspace:

And last one with the three dots opens the menu for Filters, Views and the opportunity to create an export of ALL results in the current workspace as CSV and/or PDF format:
