When you have logged into X1 you will be assign to a default set of workspaces or if an admin has designed a workbench for you you will already have one or more workspaces and maybe also some filters added to the search bar.
EXCAMPLE OF A USERS INTERFACE:
To the top right you’ll find a profile icon. Click on that icon to see following informations and options:

Below the profile icon you’ll find these four buttons:
First two gives you the two opportunities available for the views in the user interface:
Next one manual updates the content of the specific workspace:
And last one with the three dots opens the menu for Filters, Views and the opportunity to create an export of ALL results in the current workspace as CSV and/or PDF format:

From all orders you can right click and open a context menu:
(Pleae be aware that you might not have all menus preset in your system since they can be configured pr. system)

Change artist: A list of all artist configured in your system that you can change to on the order
Change artist to current: Dhange the artist to current user logged in to the system
Change deadlines: Change deadlines on the order on different levels
Change insertion date: Change insertion date on the marked order
Change status: Change status from current to another on the marked order
Change writer to current: Change the writer to current user logged in to the system
Check in: Uploads all assets+layout documents from the local Adpoint folder back to the order in the system
Check out: Downloads all assets+layout documents attached to the order to the local Adpoint folder
Delete: Deletes the marked order
Detach: Removes the creative on the current version of the order (it can still be found from either the workspaces AdTracking->Admaterials and/or Creatives)
Download: Downloads the original creative file on the current version of the order
Download zipped materials: Downloads ……
Email: Opens a drawer with different opportunities on how to manuel send an email regarding the marked order
Find Matching: Automatically filters on some configurable parameters in the Ad Tracing workspace (works here only)
Generate report: Opens a drawer with a list of possible configured reports to export
Initiate: Opens a drawer with different opportunities to mark the order ready for production
Link parent: Opens a dialogue window where you can type in a order number which you want to link as a parent to the marked order - click here to read more about how to work with Link parent
Move to archive: Moves the marked order to the archive (click here to read on how to search in the archive)
