Views for users that CAN’T create or edit views
If you don’t have access to create and/or edit views you can see a one or more of those who the views which has been shared with you like this:

In the left window you see a is a list of all available views, which user groups that they are shared with and the user name of the creatorwho created the view + a modification date and modified by user name.
To the right you see a split window which first shows a list of all available columns in the system sorted alphabetical (can be configured different from system to system) and next shows a list of all selected columns in the order they are shown in the chosen current workspace

How to create a new view
Enten Enter the views menu to open the views drawer and then click the the three dots next the loop icon:

Then give Give the view a name and click in the blue arrow to the left to saveadd it to the Views list:
