Place annotation on the correct position

Proofing a creative is really simple in ADPOINT. To indicate changes to a proof, annotations can be added at the exact placement where the change should be applied. It even works on video and audio files.

Adding annotations

  • Select the frame annotation or highlighter tool from the toolbar above the preview. The frame is useful to mark larger areas that appear inside the frame. The highlighter is useful on top of texts as it is semi-transparent.

  • Place the annotation on the correct position. The position can be changed afterwards. An annotation box appears in the right side of the screen. The annotation box is marked with the name of the user.

  • Select a color of of the frame or highlighter from the annotation box to the right. The color merely servers as a way to make the annotation stand out from the background.

  • Enter a description and optionally also attach an asset to the annotation using the paperclip icon in the annotation box.

  • Submit annotations or approve with changes.

Deleting annotations

  • Annotations can be deleted using the trashcan found on the annotation box.
