New features

  • AD-21736 It is now possible to configure ADPOINT to display dimensions in inches as well as millimeters. If you'd like to change your current setting, please contact IX support.

Improvements

  • AD-22113 The status filter now defaults to operator 'Equals' instead of 'Starts with'.

  • AD-22091 You can now add and remove MIME type fields in the Digital Validation Profiles directly from the Admin Panel.

  • AD-21872 In the Admin panel, when assigning groups to a user, the dropdown list now stays open after selecting a group instead of closing automatically.

  • AD-22085 We’ve renamed Validation Profiles to Digital Validation Profiles to better reflect what they’re used for.

  • AD-22031 Fixed a bug where the File Size field in Digital Validation profiles was missing the unit of measurement.

  • AD-22002 When creating new mappings in the Admin panel, they now appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom.

  • AD-21990 Layout mappings in the Admin panel are now organized by Print and Digital to provide a better overview.

  • AD-21977 We've added a search bar to the Views menu, and the selected view now appears at the top. Views are also sorted alphabetically for easier access.

  • AD-22108 We’ve widened the Views menu and added hover effects to the view names for better usability.

  • AD-22037 You can now choose which warnings from the Digital Validation report are shown in the Summary tab of the Campaign view.

  • AD-21940 You can now choose whether to allow full stops in the headline of a native ad. By default, they are allowed. Contact IX support if you wish to change this configuration.

  • AD-21492 You can now choose to hide killed line items an email template using tables to display all line items on an order. Contact IX Support if you'd like to enable this option.

  • AD-21105 We've added a feature that by default locks a line item when assigning it to an artist/producer from the Production Dispatch workspace — and also automatically unlocks it again when unassigning it. If you'd like this feature enabled, just reach out to IX Support.

  • AD-21967 We've disabled the ability for external users to upload ad material directly to a creative when it's a Native ad. Additionally, there's now a setting available to prevent internal users from doing the same. If you'd like this setting enabled, please contact IX Support.

  • AD-22023 In the Campaign View, creatives now only open in large preview when their status is set to "Customer Proof.

  • AD-21904 We’ve updated our email scheduling logic to exclude weekends when determining when emails should be sent. This means that if an email was previously scheduled to go out during the weekend, it will now be sent the same number of days earlier, just before the weekend — rather than being delayed until the following Monday. (Note: “Exclude weekends” should not be checked for this to apply.)

Bug fixes

  • AD-21707 Resolved an issue where users with 'VIEW ONLY' permissions could still edit fields in the 'Details' tab within the Campaign view.

  • AD-21878 Resolved an issue where the cursor would jump to the end while editing the name of a saved filter.

  • AD-21871 Fixed a bug that made email templates visible to all users while not being selectable when no user groups were assigned. Now, they will only be visible to the admin user role.

  • AD-21378 ADPOINT now pushes macros to Xandr when separate tracking tags are included.

  • AD-22094 Fixed a bug where the validation report didn’t refresh after reprocessing a third-party tag.

  • AD-22065 Fixed a bug where the click tag wasn’t detected when buttons were used in an HTML ad.

  • AD-22052 Fixed a bug where the selected language wasn’t loading correctly when switching languages and logging out and back in.

  • AD-22050 Fixed a bug where the status chip returned no results when using operators that expected a number instead of text.

  • AD-22073 Resolved an issue where the date format was incorrect when using the "Publishes from" and "Published to" fields in the Insertion tab of the Campaign view.

  • AD-21992 Fixed a bug where using relative dates to search by months returned incorrect results.

  • AD-21916 Fixed a bug where the cursor would jump to the end while renaming a view filter or workspace tab.

  • AD-18630 Fixed a bug where the selected line item and asset results at the order and customer level were not retained when switching between workspaces or refreshing the browser.

  • AD-21789 Fixed a bug where some line items wouldn’t change status to "Work in Progress" or "Waiting" when reprocessing multiple print line items.
