When you have logged into X1 you either have a empty UI or you will have a default set of workspaces or if an admin has designed a workbench for you you will already have one or more workspaces with predefined column views and maybe also some filters added to the search bar + some default columns sorting.
To the top right you’ll find a profile icon. Click on that icon to see following informations and options:

Search bar
The search bar has it own menu - click here to go there
List views, Manual update and Filter/Column views/Export menu
Below the profile icon you’ll find these four buttons:
First two gives you the two opportunities available for the views in the user interface:
Next button manual updates the content of the specific workspace:
The last button with the three dots opens the menu for Filters, Views and the opportunity to make an export of ALL results in the current workspace as CSV and/or PDF format:
Column sorting
It’s possible to sort from A-Z or Z-A from most of the columns by either clicking on the three dots or just click directly on the column to get the default A-Z sorting active and one click again will reverse it to Z-A:
Once you have sorted one or more columns you can either click on the three dots and chose ‘Unsort’ or just click directly on the column one or two times, depending on your sorting, to get the column unsorted again:
It is also possible to sort multiple columns on more levels by holding down CTRL on pc and Command on MAC while clicking on the columns. Same princip goes here with one more click to reveres the sorting.
Column pinning
It is possible to pin columns either to the left or right from the three dots menu to the right in every visible columns:
When having pinned one or more columns you can unpin it/them again one by one from the three dots menu:
INFO: The pinning will be lost when refreshing browser window but not when refreshing user interface window.
Copy/Edit function
You can copy from all copyable fields in the UI by holding the mouse over the field for 1 sec and then press the copy icon and paste it into the search bar by using the shortcut CTRL+V on PC and Command+V on MAC:
Some fields also have a edit function icon which indicates you change the content of that specific field - for instance the status:
